For proper fit of the PES corona electrode, you should go to the PES website, check the measurement instruction stated in its product page. In terms of choosing which stimulators, I have 2, one with focusing beads and the other with the urethral amplifier. I love them both. You have seen the result from my videos using them. Super-duper.

Urethral insertion is not too difficult. The short (4cm) urethral probe of the PES corona stimulator is much easy to insert, than the full length 16cm long "Big Jim". Use plenty lubricant (get sterile water-based lubricant like Surgilube if you can). Cleanliness is extremely important, you DO NOT want to get urinary track infection.
